The Architecture

The "darker" side of Barcelona, Obscuro presents the great city in winter- never truly wintry, but refreshingly crisp, with a sense of quiet calm that seems to encourage deep, almost mystical reflection. Built around a spiritual incense accord, spiked with anise and distinctive saffron, Obscuro deepens itself further with rich peru balsam, traces of leather, and a raw, animalic tinge of leather. Beautiful, spiritual and gently imposing, Obscuro is proof positive that "dark" need not mean bleak.
